We, BM Molepo Attorneys, have been following up with FNB Estate Accounts since November 2025 regarding the above estate. To date, FNB has failed to issue a balance statement and has failed to unfreeze the estate account, despite repeated communications and escalations.

This prolonged inaction demonstrates a complete lack of urgency, accountability, and competence in handling estate matters. FNB’s failure to perform basic administrative functions has paralyzed the estate administration, caused serious prejudice to our client, and negatively impacted our legal practice.

It is entirely unacceptable that an institution of FNB’s stature, entrusted with fiduciary responsibilities, can allow an estate matter to remain unresolved for months without justification, feedback, or resolution. This conduct amounts to gross inefficiency, negligence, and disregard for clients, and raises serious concerns about FNB’s estate management processes.

FNB is hereby given 3 (three) days from the date of this post to: Issue the outstanding balance statement, and Immediately unfreeze the estate account. BM Molepo Attorneys
