Nav》Car nightmare finally over

Day 41 after paying and 5 days after my complaint(review) I finally have my licence. So after i wrote my review on Friday(21/10/2020), got a message Sunday that my licence has been renewed. And 3 days later I'm happy to say I have my vehicle licence with me. Thank you for attending to my complaint with such urgency. What I'm not happy with is waiting 41 days and no communication from you guys explaining why. And I believe 41 days is too long. So please fix this, as a loyal client I would love to try your nav services again. Hope to get better service next time. Thank you again.
