Navcar Licence Renewal Service Is Utterly Useless

I paid for my car licence renewal through the FNB app last week Wednesday and emailed my supporting documents to the supp**** address last Friday. In the app the progress still shows as “awaiting documentation”. Nobody responds to your *** email address, nor has anyone rep**** to my request for assistance via Facebook Messenger. Why the heck am I paying an additional R199 on top of my renewal fee for this shocking service?! Please immediately update me on the progress of my renewal!
