Nav money and Fnb pathetic

Honestly banking is supposed to be easy and seamless and with tech it’s supposed to be true and verified. On fnb bank app under NAV money: it shows my credit status is orange- no one at fnb can tell me why as this is the FIRST time in my life Ive seen this.

I put in a complaint- 5 days later someone from fnb calls me literally to read the description on the app which I have eyes to read myself- she then tells me she doesn’t know what it’s showing this.

I asked the lady why did she even call me then? Then she says they so short staffed and working from home thus the late response on complaint and she will have to send an email to another department.

So FNB app reflects incorrectly- thus effecting how much Ebucks one earns as I won’t get full points. Actually there rewards system just finds new ways to ***** people. Actually thinking of changing my bank to Discovery Bank
