DONT USE NAV 》CAR.LICENCE RENEWAL Only after you make payment do they notify you that there are delays. Then from 4 weeks the only thing i have seen when checking status us payment received. Tried contacting them 8 times every time i get an automated response with no follow up. Even after they say 24-48 working hours. Only on 26 October 2020 manager to talk to Nicholas Rodrigues who promise to give me feedback even now I am still waiting for feedback. I can't even used my car because the lincese is expired on 30 September 2020. Really pathetic service.
