Nav Car Disservice

Nav Car Disservice I initiated the use of obtaining a car licence via Nav Car. Money was taken immediately with an indication of the service being delivered within 14 days.

This was done on the 7th of September 2020. Documents were submitted the next day as requested.

No progress updates were given other than automated responses till today. Towards the 21st an automated message on the app appeared to say might take longer. When would this be honoured?

Why take the money and not deliver any service? Emails were sent to the provided address which have gone unanswered. I am still in the dark with regards to the licence.

Please don't provide a sevice if you cannot honour it.
