Nav Car and general assistance online non Exsisting

I have attempted to message multiple times and just get disconnected every time - i have tried to renew my license twice on nav car and everything goes through, i pay and it gets processed, weeks later i get informed it was cancelled due to system failure and i have to resubmit it again. Now i have since reached a cut off and i am unable to renew it and this is all because it keeps getting reversed week after submitting due to system failure, i need fnb to resolve this NOW - your system keeps failing my attempt to renew and it is making the penalties more and more!

My in app chat keeps dropping off even if i wait to be assisted. I am frustrated because i keep jumping from pillar to post and nothing works!
