***** National Bank

My account was hacked, and the card was an old one that had been cancelled a year earlier. FNB did not reimburse me all my money; instead, one of their Branch Managers alleged that I may have cloned my already-cancelled card, such nonsense. I cancelled my account and they chose not to do it even after they gave me a cancellation letter. Now these *****sters are saying that I owe them R15k in bank fees, what the hell? They have been selling my account from one law firm to another and this has been happening for three years now. I am not going to pay for ***** National Bank's incompetence and *****ulent conduct.
