Nathi makes me think FNB is getting better!

Can I just say WOW! And thank you! To you Nathi Mkhabela! <br> Nathi knows his product, knows his company and knows how to help above and beyond. Generally call centre agents just want to get you off the phone, onto the next person and then have their lunchbreak or head home. Nathi is thorough, helpful, funny, intelligent, patient and just spot on. Thank you Nathi, I often bash heads with all the people I deal with at FNB, but you have given me hope that FNB is pulling up their socks and looking for staff who care about their job and want to succeed in their role! <br> I hope I can speak to you more often, if and when I need to call the FNB call centre!
