I was assisted by a lady called Natalie Hall with regards to a ***** matter that was not resolved since March 2019. It took 2 days for Natalie Hall from PoP Customer Experience - Branch Service Recovery to assist me and my client. The matter is now resolved. She was professional throughout the process
