Naeedo Collection R99.99 ******* debit order

I am very disappointed with FNB banking as they continue to allow these people to debit my account under different bogus details. I recently got debited for R99,99 on 15 Sep 2015. Please can FNB ***** department do something as its about the 5th or 6th time I have encountered this issue. I may consider to leave FNB bank as im sick and tired of this issue.
