NAEDO ****

I was called by a women who said she was from FNB and was updating the debit details for my Revolving loan. She then proceded to tell me what my account info was to verify that I am indeed the account holder. She had all my info and it is correct. So, I thought this was legitimate. She then said that she would email me a document with my details and then if it was correct then I must fax it back to her or if there were errors then I should update theform with my correct details and fax it back to her. I got the email and went through it. All my details were correct. I felt uneasy about it and did not sign it or fax it back to her. The letter is signed off FNB Naedo Team. So I googled it and it seems it is a ****. So I called the FNB ***** Department, got through quickly. They tell me to phone the loans department first to find out from them if its **********, they transfer me. The person answers phone quickly and after I explain myself says I must hold the line, she puts phone down and transfers me to who knows what department. A man answers and then I relate my story to him and he says no its the wrong department and so I must call the following number ( ********** ) and choose option 5. I do so, and then I wait and wait and wait. I keep hearing about how FNB apreciates how important my time is and that the first available operator will help me. I dont have all day to wait!!!! I expect FNB to call me! I entrust you with my money and my info! How does this women get my info from FNB? My revolving loan is with FNB, no third party! How do I know that these Naedo people wont debit my account? I cant run to the bank every month to reverse a debit! FNB how can we help you? You can help me by protecting my money and my information! You can help me by not giving me the run around when I call your call centre for help. Iam not the first person to complain about this Naedo ****, so why did the ***** department help me? I am NOT happy! Its a pain to change banks but I will if I dont get help ASAP!
