Naedo Internal Coll taking money out of account with no permission

I have just had a random amount of money taken off my account from 'Naedo Internal Coll' Upon looking at over reviews this is an ongoing ********** transaction (loads of people complaining)

How can I get my money back and prevent this from happening? This is totally unacceptable

As another reviewer stated 'I didn't get a notification for this transaction from neither my app nor the transaction notification SMSes was, therefore, unable to block nor reverse it.'
