Naedo Internal Coll ***** and FNB NOT HELPING

I noticed a transaction on my account, Naedo Internal Coll debited R1144 from my cheque account stating that it was the amount due on my credit card account (also with fnb) BUT I have already paid my amount due on my credit card days before. I NEVER GAVE MY CONSENT FOR THIS DEBIT ORDER NOR WAS I INFORMED OF THE DEBIT ORDER!!!! The odd thing is that i didnt receive any notification whatsoever from my banking app, online banking, email or sms regarding this transaction. I called FNB ***** line 4 times, 2 of which times i got put through to another department who could also not assist me, the other 2 times my call got dropped. So hoping i could chat to my team of bankers through my banking app, I requested help 13 times!!!!! 13 TIMES, the chat just ended. This is absolutely unacceptable and i am definitely planning on mumbering the word on how bad FNB BANK'S SERVICES AND SECURITY ARE!!!! ALSO DO MY VERY BEST TO MAKE IT KNOWN THAT Naedo Internal Coll ARE **********!!!!!!!!!!!!
