This is completely unacceptable i have a dam 400 odd going off my account for the second time in two months now !!!!

i have been a loyal FNB cheque account customer and now this is the service i recieve? debit order of 400 off going off my account by this Naedo collection ****.

I have tried to call FNB but alas NO answer ! just kept waiting and waiting, none of my debit orders are set to go off exactly when i get paid yet this did.

I checked a statement just cause this morning and only then noticed that its the second month its happening. Wow ! Thanks FNB.

i have just spoken to a very sympathetic lady from the debit reversal department and she assured me that it can be reveresed tommorow morning now my question is what preventative measures are in place to prevent these types of things
