So firstly they changed my bank account from an Cheq to n Aspire account without my knowledge then they Pulling off bank charges and fees on the 14th of every month that is supposed to be when it's payday then when I said to the lady I need to speak to a manager I was told I can't speak to one because they are unavailable.the money is not back yet in my account and I need to take my husband toe the doctor this afternoon with a short of money that they took off ??????
