Im so sick and tired of non complient consultants who always make sure they take you back and forth just to activate card account. Opened my daughters account in September but to tell you the even today the account is inactive same account i wrote a complaint about for not delivering my card now im sure they made it a point that they will make sure i struggle to use this card. How stupid is that. Im leaving this bank for good im tired. And im using my airtime to make this calls and will taken different departments. And some will complain about to getting emails u wait for for 48hrs until i call again Rhaaaa. Now i have to go the bank for just card activation. They have put my card on hold just because of Fica while docs were emailed to them.
