Mzansi ********** debit order

I am very disappointed with FNB, never thought I would ever say that because I have always been a happy FNB customer. Two days ago I had a debit go off my account for R82.50 with a reference of "Mzansi" which I thought was just from Spar as the amount for my purchase was the same. Today, I had a debit order created on my account with the reference 2020 Mzansi, I immediately went into FNB Newton Park branch to notify them and stop the debit order. I was told to log onto my internet banking and to dispute and reverse the amount, and that I should see if it comes off my account next month. I told the gentleman that this is unacceptable and that I needed the matter resolved now, to which I was told to contact the ***** department. I did so and was then told to contact the telephone banking, customer care department. I was then told that the transaction appeared to be ********** as when a debit order is created the companies details and contact numbers should reflect against the debit order, which this debit order had none of. I asked her if they could no longer debit and create debit orders on my account to which the lady rep**** that they can continue to do so if they just change the debit reference. Am supposed to just be okay with this solution? Hellopeter has numerous complaints about this ********** debit order called Mzansi and FNB has done nothing about it. Im extremely disappointed. I feel letdown by FNBs slogan of "How can we help you." Most importantly, I read on Hellopeter that your credit score is affected if you continue to dispute/stop the debit order as it looks like you are unable to meet your payment obligations.
