Mzansi Debit order

So i just reversed an unauthorized debit order from my account, which i know affects my credit scoring negatively, simply because somebody failed to do their work. I wanted to share the screenshot but can't cause it has my id number on it. The last clause says that "FNB will charge you fees for the stop payment instruction, even if the stop payment instruction was not successful. Visit www.fnb.co.za and view FNB's latest pricing guide" So irrespective of what we do, we continue being charged for the bank's negligence. How does the bank allow people to access and debit our accounts without our consent and then charge us for reversing and trying to stop the debit order from happening and still have the nerve to say whether successful or not they will charge you? FNB, what do you really take us for? You are supposed to protect us as your clients, people can't just do as they please with our accounts on your watch and without our consent hauw....
