Mzansi debit order

FNB is really failing it's clients period!!I have seen so many reviews about the same issue of their accounts being debited but no one has ever had this issue resolved.To think i have been with this bank for over 12 years and yet they authorize debit orders without my consent,makes me sick.I have a gut feeling that this Mzansi debit orders are authorised by the bank's employees as weird things are associated with this one specific debit order.All debit orders have an option of being reversed but this specific one cannot be reversed as it appears on one's transactions but when you go to your debit orders it doesn't appear.We are so busy and don't have time to be going to the banks to queu just to dispute debit orders of so little monies that is why we have cellphone and online bankings but pity they can't be used with this one specific debit order and to also think that you get charged for reversing and that your credit score gets affected for just reversing is **** enough.FNB,take your clients serious,protect them as their personal info is being compromised and your not doing anything about that.I guess you have too many clients that is why you don't care about us anymore.I will close my account and look for a better bank as you are failing not only me but your other clients as well!!!
