My xwife is getting my bank statements and on the system her email address is not on the system

I have a serious problem, my bank statements my xwife is receiving and she does not have access to my account nor does she have signing power on my account. She send me the statement, and CC my Lawyer and the guy who is selling the house. It did not stop their she then attached my bank statements for the pass three months to my daughter school application and my bank details without my consent. And has also taken me up for maintenance requiring more money. On the system her email address is not on their at all an before we where married she never received my bank statements. I am not happy right now. I have gone into the bank to sort it out and has given the run around.
