My worst mistake to join fnb

As I'm sitting here I am outraged and so disappointed at the same time . All these years I've been a capitec client but knowing I'm getting some money I decided to rather let my money work through fnb then capitec . I opened the fnb account explaining to the lady this. Ok finally my money comes in and I book myself and my family a holiday . When I went for shopping the things we need I was told my account has been frozen. Without warning. Without communication. Not evens a phone call from my bank. So this happened last week Thursday and it's Wednesday again and still I'm struggling for them to unfreeze my account . I've got things to pay and I don't even have food in my house . I'm being treated like a ******** by fnb and my mind is made up I'm switching banks and taking my business elsewhere. And I would not advise anyone to bank with these people . I'm so disappointed
