My Worse ***** line -nightmare's with FNB

Been banking with them since 1999. Recently was a victim of crime. The perpetrator was able to obtain my PIN number and when I called the ***** line to block my cards they took too long to answer. When finally they did I told the consultant to block my cards and he took his time, The ******* managed to redraw R6750 from my cheques and credit card account, and now looking at my banking statement it seems more transactions took place. I am getting notifications of different transactions from my credit card and cheque account after I am told that the cards have been blocked. furthermore, I went to a branch to order new cards and told the consultant that I wanted to downgrade from Private banking to another package he gave me a temp card and told me that I would be contacted for an option but instead, I received an sms to collect both my Pravitebank card for replacement plus I got a charge of monthly fee and card replacement fee over R250 rand. I began to get online to chat with a consultant and was told that I was charged for the Private banking monthly fee. I asked why I had a charged a monthly fee twice as I had already been charged at the beginning of August and now I've been charged again on the 21st of August while replacing my cards as private client I have over 700 in back charges at FNB And yet I do a card replacement in the middle of the month and they charge me bank fees. Since the ***** case has been logged no one has contacted me all I am getting are more notifications of more money being redrawn out of my account. After so many years of being a loyal customer, I am definitely switching banks
