My Virtual cards are blocked due to online "suspicious purchases"

My Virtual cards are blocked due to online "suspicious purchases". No one at FNB let me know about this i have to phone. Now none of my cards work. I spoke to FNB ***** team and they say its working as if im making a mistake. When my call was connected to FNB ***** it clearly told me i have suspicious transactions.. 30min on the line and im told they will let me know.. this bank is shocking. I cant spend my own money.
