My Useless Bank!

I set up a direct bebit last month to pay off a loan I had with African Bank. It was taken successfully and I even received a paid up letter.

I've had a pending direct debit from African Bank from my FNB account since yesterday for the money to come out today. I called African Bank an they assured me my account is closed with them and FNB is the one that did not cancel the direct debit. Now I've had to transfer my money to avoid being charged for a loan I've already paid off as I don't even know I'd get it back if I let it go through. And if the direct debit fails I'll be charged by FNB yet they've failed to cancel it with African Bank.

With FNB there's always a problem. 6 months without any issues is impossible. My time with you guys is over. Putting customers 1st is something you fail to do!
