My unit trust investment account

Am not happy with FNB service, last Saturday I visited one of their branches and I didn't get the necessary assistance. Today I phoned FNB financial advisory number at 12:50 to be specific and a lady promised to send me a form so that I can close my unit trust investment account. I am still waiting for her email even now. Am so disappointed to be treated this way by one of SA's big banks.
