My time with FNB is finished

FNB, you guys are getting worse and worse by the day. If you don't make your clients pay back their COVID relief fund because you LOAN your clients money, you couldn't give us a payment holiday like every other bank and now eventually we have to pay back MORE debt because of the additional loan on top of everything else and with the reduced salary, you still can't do what is asked.

I have now asked numerous times and yet again just last week when I spoke to 1 of your consultants I asked to make sure all my debit orders go off on the 1st of every month. Today comes and guess what, the same dam debit order goes off on the 25th of Feb. Clearly it's time after many many years to pack up and leave.

I don't care what dam excuse or apology you want to come up with this time, because there is none. BAD SERVICE that is it.
