My team of directory enquiries

So, as part of premier banking one gets access to a service called “My team of bankers” which is marketed as a live support service for banking.

The funny thing about this service is all they ever do is tell you to call someone else. If all you are offering is directory enquirers, call it directory enquiries, or better yet just shut it down, tour website lists all the phone numbers anyway.

As for the problem I am trying to solve, someone botched up the math on your interest calculator and while I have a flex I fixed deposit which carries a ****ty, but fixed interest rate, the month sky interest payouts have decreased by nearly 50% over the last 4 months while the investment has increased by almost 20%
