My taking double for my credit card

FNB has once again debited my cheque account with my credit cards minim payment due, I have no funds in my cheque account due to being retrenched. My credit card gets paid directly by my debit protection insurance plan . My credit card has been paid ,but my cheque account is still showing a arrears amount for the credit card amount they collected . My Cheque account went from being on R 0.00 to all of the sudden -R716.00 Could somebody please contact me to have that debit orders funds put back into my cheque account as my credit card has already been paid by my insurance
