My Service Suite Service

My Service Suite is the worst service ever. I keep getting the "Hi ms... I will be with you shortly" message. Then I have to start all over with stating my problem. Then I wait another 5 minutes for assistance. You delay 5 seconds with a response. Then your query gets handed over to another assistance. It's ****ing annoying !!!!!!
