"My Service Suite", rather "MY WASTE OF TIME!!!"
What is the purpose of the "My Service Suite" function on the FNB App ? Every time i have requested something, they have been of no assistance what so ever. More recently my encounter with Xolani Mlangni unable to understand a basic request, and then simply disconnects from the chat.
