My service suite bad service
The Service Suite is shocking. Get pushed from pillar to post without any consultant even bothering to look at the history. Every single time I get to talk to someone I get told "the team will revert within 5 working days" First contact was 30th of October.

05 Dec 2025, 05:26I did send an email to complaints and no response. 5 days passed before i posted this review. Now another 5 days. In the meantime how long does it take to issue a paid up letter.
