My salary taken by FNB without authority

1. I have been advised that I have an overdraft facility that I never signed for and which as never utilized, this has resulted in my entire salary being debited without my consent. It seems FNB has become the worst bank where transactions get debited without consent.. I expect my full salary returned in my account and i want a copy of the so called overdraft facility that i signed for. The NCA stipulate that such records must be kept for 5 years. 2. Inucollect debit order for R631 has been debited from my account from last year and no one within FNB can stop this transaction and the *****s department was of no use. What must a customer do to get service? Dealing with FNB has proven to be frustrating
