MY SALARY DISAPPEARED AT FNB!!

I recently started a new job and opened an FNB account for my salary. On the 30th of November I got a notification that my salary was paid into my account but when I tried to withdraw the money wasn't there. I have been going to FNB with no assistance. They even said the money bounced back and I took this up with HR at work and they checked. The money seems to have not bounced back it's still with FNB.

I am very sad and disappointed in how I was treated at the Khayelitsha branch and promenade branch in Mitchells Plain. I got no clear explanation at all. I feel powerless!!! If anybody reads this and can assist me I would be grateful.
