My revolving loan was converted on my account and was removed

My revolving loan was converted on my account and was removed from account and not showing on profile and cant see what is happening on it. I have called in and was told they will look into it but nothing is happening on it. Keep getting message that i must make payment. I am also in debt review for more that 1 half year and keep getting message about payment from the bank.

2nd problem is they dont want to down grade my account to a pay as use and want keep charging me a lot for bank fees
