My request for assistance is not met with FNB.

Good afternoon My concern is about the routine that is used as a delay/avoiding for intervention toward the unresolved issue/money laundering with FNB. I forwarded all requirements:Classified Information,Supportive Attachments and Detailed Synopsis of the conditions about the case as proof. I was expecting finding reports instead iam pinned to submit a ref no prior to the bank,that the organisation never had from the first time I requested assistance during the scenario in 2010,which I had hope that above-mentioned information, the case number ...,./...../2010 and the ID Nos of the perpetrator would work out this racial case diligently with fair justice....
