My refund not paid, bad
The service am getting regarding my refund is painful, I have been sending them emails but to date I don't have a clear answer

01 Jun 2020, 18:47I don't understand why is FNB is still keeping people like Samuels Reagan and the rest of dispute team, a very useless banch of people, I engaged FNB on my refund Samuels asked me to engage the hotel that needs to refund me and if they fail they will process my refund, Samuels only send me a very useless Message and ignores me the whole day. Who can help deal with FNB and being useless yerrrr I hate this bank to the core....
