My R50000 still on hold

I Thandile Mkiva I had a case number *** at Fnb my 50K was on Hold since 20 June 2023 the person who handling my case from ***** department asked me to provide proof of payment and where the money comes from I did all and sent all proof of payment with my certified Id copy ,after sending the documents He immediately removed hold to my acc but funds were still on hold up until today, since he's been waiting for Nedbank to respond to give him an authority to release the funds to my acc but still Nedbank keep saying they are still under investigations about these funds that was transferred to my acc by the person who was paying me after we had done the work from his office . These funds were my payment to a small project that I signed to do n get paid . the Project was in Pretoria we had to update software's to 40 pcs and update windows10 also painting the office building in n out , installing gate monitoring ,renovate the office as we were given this Project by Mr Khumalo and I hired 4 guys skilled and who knows the business . Mr Khumalo paid via his Nedbank banking app to my fnb bank account I was with him during this time. but I noticed the following day that the funds were on hold to my fnb acc an there was a note from my email from ***** to one of the person who is handling my case . that the funds that was sent to my acc were *****ulent and I also called Mr Khumalo to tell him about this he told me that he had nothing to do with ***** funds n he did pay me an I saw the money n there was no problem as I keep calling him from time to time I end up getting voicemails since and I don't have his home address and the office was not his office . now I need help anyone who can help me to get back my funds , cz even the person from ***** he is know longer updating me or call or emails nothing when i call its difficult to find him I also sent many emails but no response,
