My Private banker is shokking!!

<p>I am a subscriber of FNB Private Clients. My so called private banker's name is Arthi Shrikissoon. The private banker never responds to my queries. I am currently working abroad and I have update my new contact number but it seems like this is a very hard concept to understand. If you cant go into a bank and hold their hand while you speak to them then the task is impossible. I would rather not have a private banker seeing that i have to call all the differant departments myself for feedback!! DO YOUR JOB OR LET ME KNOW IF YOU CANT!!
