My pensioner mom didn't receive data & airtime that I sent so she can keep in touch during lockdown.

I sent called FNB to report that the data and airtime I had sent to my mom she didn't receive. I was promised that I would receive feedback this week Tuesday after the long weekend but unfortunately until now nothing. During this lockdown period it is essential to speak with our pensioner parents and ensure they are able to communicate in case of any emergency. This is the 2nd query I have to post on hellopeter I am really disappointed always about the inability to resolve issues timeously. Why must we always fight to get help
