My pension was lost at the hands of the bank
My pension fund from 2016 was lost at the hands of the bank, and I only found out about it a few months ago when I re-submitted my pension application. I called the forensic department and I was told that they would investigate and they would come back to in 1-3 working days and I still haven't had any response, one of the consultants even made a comment that the incident occurred a very long time ago and wouldn't help me.

I was told in writing that I'd be contacted within 24 - 48 hours today is the third since I logged the complaint and still haven't been contacted.
I would like it if this was treated with high priority because I worked for that money and now I need it.
