My own bank is not willing to help

I have a loan with FNB and I am banking with FNB. I am having a serious financial issue yet FNB is refusing to help me out here. I am paying my loan, I am not behind. In Fact my debit strike went off today. All I am requesting is to refund me R1600.00 of the installment paid, I am not trying to run away, in fact I am trying to make alternative arrangements here however I am just simply shown away. Surely someone at FNB should be able to help me out in my financial issue, all I want is a refund of R1600.00 and assistance in increasing my monthly repayment by R500.00 to recover the R1600.00 and more in order to reduce the debts owed on the loan. Please FNB for real help me!?
