My name it's Lerato Raphela..ID *** I have a problem with first National Bank I have a FNB Revolving facility, available balance off R16999..it's been 3 weeks now trying to assess the amount but with no hope or whatever,, I have made calls. Nd Complaint *** has been assigned to FNB Loans. We're looking into it and will contact you shortly. No phone call I have received.. But the was an email that was sent to me yesterday .. To say I need to update me tax number nd pay R344. So they can remove my account from been hold.. 3 weeks calls nd every time they tell me something different.. My account its updated as we speak nd still I can't get the money...
