My name is Rose and I had a very bad experience at FNB since Friday, I made transfer with payshap from my fnb to my standard bank Friday last week till today I never get the money ,I only got 1 transaction and the other one of R3000 never receive it ,I went to fnb branch at mall of Africa i was promised to get the money in 60 min and after 3 hours there was nothing Saturday Sunday at mallmof Africa they still said there was a problem with pay shape that I will get it but later nothing in my bank,from Monday till today till Wednesday I was at Boulders mall fnb branch where I was told my money was transfered successfully to standard bank, tht I shud be getting nit within few hours since money from 9am till 5pm I was at the fnb Boulders branch matter was nt solved instead I was helped to track it nd they found out that it's at standard bank nd standard bank today they said I shud get it after 5pm after sitting there also from 9am till 3pm there is still nothing
