My name is Julian koopman idno *** I made a loan for R2000 via the fnb app I accept the debit order mandate I did not receive the money but fnb update the credit bureaus as a new account under my name But yet I did not receive any thing but it is already 1 of my credit responsibilities Please assist I did call in with no success
