My Mother was a victim of a tormenting armed ******* and FNB continuing with the torturing

My mother was a victim of armed ******* and now is being rob by FNB. I am disgusted at how FNB has treated her. Coming back from the clinic not felling well her and another male victim got into a taxi with only 5 males, unbeknown to her they where about to go through a terrible ordeal that has now been extended by FNB. The males in the taxi took out firearms and ****** them of their personal items, then proceeded to rob by withdraiwing moneys from their account. the male victim had a large amount of money in his account and once they reached his daily limit they forced him to transfer money to my mothers FNB account so they can withdrawn more money. then dumped them hopelessly in the middle of nowhere. Luckily she survived that order only for FNB to torture her further freeze her account to investigate for more that a months, resulting in her losing her income that is in the account and furthermore cause the sickly 82 and 75 year old parents funeral debit orders to return unpaids with no care whatsoever. She has been sent to pillar and post no one give any feedback accept that they are investigating. This appalling treatment by FNB is despicable, she could have lost her life, anything could have happend in this sick GBV country we live in and now a "respectable" bank is perpetuating even more pain and continuing this horrible ordeal. Should any happened to her parent God forbid and the funeral policy refuses to payout what will happen? the policy case no 59/03/2023
