My money was ******

30/06 I went to withdraw money at an FNB ATM in Airport Industria CPT Bocherds Qaury. As i Withdrew R1000 the ATM screen just went blank but the money was out of my account as i got a message to advise. A minute later another R2000 was taken out of my account. Please advise as i need and would like my money back. I am Banking with Capitec. Urgently please advise.
