my money was back

Good day on July i wrote about fnb to get my refund for my tickets which i bought from British Airways which is now liquidated. yes they did refund my money after lots of complain but at-least they have responded after exposing them to this platform but i am so happy i got my money back and thanking this platform again but please fnb dont wait for someone to come to this platform before assisting yr client i was once had a problem with yr ATM not returning my money after withdrawal from ewallet only one call my money was back i didnt even came to this platform. so keep it up
