My money please

Jeez this is a shut bank. After holding on for close to 30 minutes my call is dropped and am calling from outside the country. Why can I open an investment online but I can't do anything on the account online. I want to transfer some of my money to my youth account. I can not do verification because I don't have a new card. How am I supposed to get my money??? You've gone from best to worst. Even home affairs gives better service than you people. How do you just drop a call???? Someone must always complain before something is done. You can never do things right the 1st time around.
