My money not fully paid

I am not happy. In fact i really disappointed. I was deducted R4032. 98 from my account, now instead of paying back my full money into my account. They instead pay back R3449. 52. Where is the rest of my money?

I said this money was budgeted for, i need my money back, i need the rest of my money back, which is R583. 46. This is unacceptable
